Today?s essay is about the smashing fruity grape varietal Malvasia Bianca (pronounced Mal-va-ZEE-ah Bee-AHN-Kah), again from Italy. Malvasia is genetically the same as the some-more ordinarily well known Muscat Canelli or Muscat Blanc grape. Styles of this booze can change from lightweight to full-flavored, dry to sweet, low to tall alcohol. It is infrequently done as the stimulating wine.
