NBC's 'The Voice' Expands Live Episodes to Two Hours

More of The Voice is coming your way.

NBC will return to two-hour episodes of The Voice for the live shows from 9-11 p.m., beginning Tuesday, June 7 through June 28. Currently, the Mark Burnett-produced music competition series is airing hourlongs at 10 p.m. for the battle rounds, which end May 31.?Originally, the live episodes were to be one hour.

This move means The Voice will be paired with NBC's top-rated summer show America's Got Talent, which will air at 8 p.m. It was previously announced that Talent would launch its new season Tuesday, May 31 from 8-10 p.m.

The Voice dipped in viewers and the key adult demo when it transitioned this week from the blind auditions to the battle rounds, drawing 10.5 million and a 4.7 rating.
